Michael Freedland Daniel Harwin

Daniel Harwin is a Partner of Freedland & Russo, P.L. Harwin focuses his practice on medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living facility neglect and abuse, automobile negligence, premises liability, negligent security, products liability and federal employers’ liability litigation.

Prior to joining The Freedland Firm, Harwin spent several years representing physicians and insurance companies in medical malpractice lawsuits, gaining valuable trial experience and insight into "big business" and insurance companies defense of lawsuits.

Harwin received his J.D. degree in 2003 from the University of Miami. He received his B.A. in 2000 with honors, from Rollins College.

Harwin is an active member of the Florida Justice Association and the Broward County Justice Association. He is also admitted to the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida. He devotes his philanthropic efforts to awareness and fundraising for the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
