Weston Attorney Leila Billings
Leila Billings is an associate member of Freedland Russo, P.L. Billings’ litigation areas focus on serious personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
Prior to joining Freedland Russo, Billings spent 10 years working in the real estate transactional legal field. Her extensive experience representing individuals, corporate entities and lenders has allowed her to gain valuable insight and knowledge.
Billings received her dual J.D. and Master’s of Business Administration degrees from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. She received her B.A. from Boston University in 2001. She is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
Billings was recently nominated for the Heart of the Community Award for Broward County and won the 2011 Volunteer of the Year award within Hands On Broward. She is a dedicated project leader in Volunteer Broward with over 400 hours of service in the tri-county area this past year alone. Billings devotes her volunteering efforts to helping children through Kids in Distress and other local charity organizations serving the needs of underprivileged and neglected children. She also dedicates herself to helping the environment by volunteering frequently at the Markham Park nursery located in Weston.
