Raymond Valori (Of Counsel)
Raymond Valori specializes in catastrophic and complex products liability and personal injury cases, particularly those involving mass torts and class actions. Valori’s technical knowledge and expertise with class actions and federal jurisdiction have enabled him to successfully represent plaintiffs including those injured by products such as prescription pharmaceuticals, medical implants and devices, automobiles, household products and dietary supplements. He has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts for his clients.
Valori has been appointed by courts as class counsel in a variety of cases and has been published in the area of class actions and medical monitoring. He has been invited to and has lectured across the state and nationwide on the areas of products liability and class actions. He also served as both trial and appellate counsel in the landmark case of Petito v. A.H. Robins, where Florida courts formally recognized the right of those exposed to toxic substances to seek medical monitoring.
Valori is an honors scholar and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami Law School and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a current member of the Florida Bar, the federal bars of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well and the federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals
Valori is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Dade County Bar.
