Mr. Harwin’s trial victories include securing a $24.5 million verdict in a medical malpractice wrongful death case in Broward County, a $20.2 million verdict in a medical malpractice wrongful death case in Palm Beach County and obtaining a $15.3 million medical malpractice binding arbitration award in the same year. Notably, his extensive $700+ million dollar verdict and settlements history speaks volumes to his exceptional legal prowess. He has also handled more voluntary binding medical malpractice cases than any other attorney in Florida.   

Mr. Harwin contributes to the legal field by lecturing at state and national levels and providing expert opinions to media outlets.  Numerous national and local media outlets have featured him, and his verdicts and cases have been covered by the Courtroom Video Network, law360.com, law.com, NBC News, and USA Today.
