Settlement Reached in Grave Desecration Class Action
Suit
06/2005 - Gary M. Farmer, Jr. represented 72
families who opted out of the Menorah Gardens class
action lawsuit – in large part because those clients
were warned by Farmer that inclusion in the class
could result in compensation for them. Those 72
families entered into confidential settlements with
the owners of the cemeteries – and now most class
members are realizing they will receive nothing from
the class action settlement. Unfortunately, it’s too
late for them to retain Freedland, Farmer, Russo,
Behren &
Sheller. |
